Refund policy

Returns 

We will accept a return on items that are in new condition with the original tags. Return items cannot be opened, washed, worn or altered in any way. If you send back an item that has not met our criteria, it will simply be mailed back you with an email explaining why we did not accept it.

Full-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

*Sales-Price Merchandise* or any items that were discounted from full price are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted. 

Refunds may take up to 10 business days on our end. Once your return has been accepted and completed, you will receive an email confirming the refund.

Exchanges

You may exchange any full-priced items for something of similar value only in different colors or sizes only if it has met the criteria listed above. Exchange items cannot be opened, washed, worn or altered in any way.

Once an exchange order has been processed, it cannot be edited. 

*Sales-Price Merchandise* or any items that were discounted from full price are final and no exchanges will be accepted.

 There will be a Restocking Fee for all Refunds & Exchanges on EVERY product that is returned or exchanged. The Restocking Fee will be 12% of the total price of the purchased item. This will be directly taken out of the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
